DO SOMETHING ,DON'T DO OTHERTHING!

In the some programme we have to read/write  file(parameter etc) once at a time, so we need a lock to keep the data safe. So we create a event to simulation this lock.

CreateEvent()
PulseEvent()
ResetEvent()
SeteEvent()

WaitSingleObject()

We can simulation a lock throuth this function.
