DO SOMETHING ,DON'T DO OTHERTHING!

Hi Python.
I have learned Python for some days .
I still have some questions about this.
How do we deasgin a error system for project, maybe we just need create a exception, but don't need any error code like in c/c++.
I am so confuse about this.

If we just create such this how to us detect the error quickly.

Any advise are welcome.
